How To Use
Generally 1 to 2 tablets daily depending on your needs.
It is best to take 1 tablet in the morning and 1 in the afternoon (approximately 8 hours apart).
Increase dosage to 2 tablets each time, every 8 hours when suffering from an infection.
May be taken any time. However, for those with extremely sensitive stomach and gastritis, it is best taken after meals. -
